Project Results
OEM Website Audit -- Final Report
The final report summarizing the results of the OEM website audit was completed in August 2006. The report can be viewed by clicking on the link below. There are five main sections in this report: 1) an introduction; 2) background information on the service information rule and the overall audit process; 3) discussion of the results for each OEM; 4) general observations about the audit results, and 5) concluding remarks.
The report also includes four appendices: Appendix A includes a list of Steering Committee members, Appendix B provides some background information on the technicians that reviewed the OEM websites, Appendix C includes manufacturer-specific tables that summarize the audit results for each service information website, and Appendix D includes the comments on the draft report as submitted by specific OEMs in response to the draft OEM website audit report. Note that in order to allow for readers to easily select and view the manufacturer-specific results, the Appendix C tables are provided below for each OEM as individual files separate from the overall report.

OEM Website Audit -- Questionnaires
In addition to the report and its associated appendices, all audit questionnaires as submitted by the technicians are provided below. These questionnaires have been consolidated into individual files that are specific to the OEM website for which they were submitted. Note that the identifier for each auditor that was assigned, in order to maintain the anonymity of each respondent, is consistent between the Appendix B and C summary tables and the questionnaires.
